While Ming Tsai's rumored plans to open a Fort Point restaurant appear to be solidifying, other developments are also occurring in the neighborhood, such as a potential 48-seat wine bar and coffehouse called Internal Matter, the Herald reports. Neighborhood photographer and artist Brian Bresnahan is proposing to open Internal Matter at 35 Channel Center St., and he has applied for food, beer and wine, and entertainment licenses. Proposed hours are 7am until midnight, seven days a week; along with wine and coffee, he hopes to serve comfort food. Brian held a community meeting last night to discuss the proposal. A native of Vermont, Brian specializes in photography, lighting design, and custom installations.
