BOOTHBAY HARBOR - With Maine's oyster industry booming, eateries focusing on the briny bivalves are popping up all along the coast. The menu at (The World Is) Mine Oyster offers harborside seating and myriad ways to enjoy them, including a list of inventive shooters.
