Imported Mexican Chefs; Possible KO Pub and Pies Dishes

The next event in a series of visiting talent features chef Ana Elena Martinez, who will be making Poblano cuisine including fresh tortillas, salsas and moles. EAST BOSTON - The Globe shares some recipes from Sam Jackson, owner of KO Catering and Pies and the soon-to-open KO Pub and Pies, that sound like they might make appearances on his new menu.
