Last night, acclaimed chefs from across the country gathered in Boston to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Clio. The tasting menu for the evening featured fifteen dishes prepared by alumni of Clio, many of whom now head up restaurants in New York and California. Area chefs who dined at the event tweeted throughout the night, including Ming Tsai who dutifully posted photos of every single course, giving the rest of us a peek at the celebration. Though Matthew Jennings did finish off the night at 2:16am tweeting "If U weren't there, you'll never know. If U were there, you're ready 4 bed right abt now."
