Here's a closer look at the menu for the upcoming Beacon Hill restaurant and bar Tip Tap Room by chef Brian Poe of Poe's Kitchen at the Rattlesnake, courtesy of Chowder. The Tip Tap Room is indeed slated for a June 18 opening as previously heard and will serve far more than the customary steak tips, including similar cuts of elk, yak, rabbit, goat, and the elusive tofu beast. The "tap" portion of the name refers to the lengthy beer list - no cans here! - which will include 36 beers, signature craft cocktails and ample options for bourbon. The Tip Tap Room will also be serving brunch and takes the place of the former Shangri-La.
