Ladies and gentlemen, Eater readers of all ages, please inch a little closer to the computer screen for a special announcement. Starting right now and ending, oh, around 5 p.m. Friday, Eater will be your headquarters for all things pizza for this, our first ever Eater Pizza Week. We're going to sit down with some of the city's best pizzamakers, talk to chefs about the finest slices in the city and decide once and for all which pizzeria is supreme.
And it doesn't end with the content. For Pizza Week, Eater has asked five local chefs who don't feature pizza on their menus to create special pies available during various days during this week only. In all likelihood, it's the only time you'll ever see a pizza on the menu at, say, Myers+Chang and Neptune Oyster.
