FINANCIAL DISTRICT - Watch out, Financial District salad fans: Tossed is coming. MarketWatch reports that the Florida-based chain, which also sells soups and wraps, is planning to join the existing Pru location with another spot at One Post Office Square. [MW via BRT]

MIT - One of the winners of MIT's Entrepreneurship Competition has found a way to solve one of life's greatest challenges: getting all of the ketchup out of a bottle. The team won $2,000 for its work creating "a microscopically thin coating that would allow every drop of ketchup or any other condiment to slide out of the bottle." [BG]
