"It was truly disgusting" says a rep from the Faneuil Hall Merchants Association to the Globe regarding the now vacant Kingfish Hall space formerly leased by Todd English. "He vandalized the city-owned historical property leaving it nearly unleasable," she adds. News broke last week that English is being sued for $1 million due to unpaid rent and damages, which you can view here, and which the Globe describes as "what appear to be ripped ceiling tiles, torn duct work, exposed wires, and garbage." The Faneuil Hall Merchants Association says it's considering suing English for not paying them, too: apparently he owes years worth of dues clocking in at around $200,000.
Update: For English's response, see here.
