M.F. Dulock Pasture-Raised Meats to Open in Somerville

Twitter/Concord Prime & Fish

Michael Dulock, owner of Concord Prime & Fish in Concord, MA is planning to open M.F. Dulock Pasture-Raised Meats in Somerville, selling meat exclusively from small-scale, local farmers. The idea for the shop came about as a way to meet the needs of small-scale producers who have difficulty getting their product to market. Dulock tells Eater that he hopes to bridge this gap in the supply chain, adding that the shop will sell only fresh, pasture-raised meats. The shop will be located at 201a Highland Avenue in Somerville, right next door to the space that up until recently was occupied by the chocolate tarte. The opening date is yet to be determined.
