Tomorrow at 9am dwelltime officially becomes the newest coffeeshop in town. The cafe is part of a new golden age of coffee featuring high quality, locally roasted beans and a combined less is more/more is more mentality when it comes to equipment, depending on whether you're drinking pour over or espresso. An official source says the cafe opens tomorrow, but according to Twitter, "retail bags from @barismo are on the shelf and already moving fast," which suggests that they may already be open, at least to sell beans. And what does dwelltime mean? "Amount of time that water is in contact with ground coffee before entering the cup." But also hanging out in a coffeeshop.
