Next week the Long Wharf Sel de la Terre will preview the menu for the upcoming La Brasa by chef Daniel Bojorquez of Sel De La Terre in Natick. Word is that the star of the Food Network's Chopped has signed a lease for La Brasa on Broadway in Somerville, which SDLT chef and co-owner Frank McClelland will also have a hand in. The Long Wharf Sel de la Terre, which is the original location, is closing in the near future, but before it does the restaurant is hosting a weekly series of special menus by guest chefs. The series started last night with L'Espalier alum Alex Crabb, and Bojorquez will take over with a glimpse of his upcoming menu starting next Wednesday.
