Todd English's Charlestown restaurant Olives was closed due to a fire back in 2010, and now one last fire inspection is all that stands in the way of its reopening. Or so says English. The inspection is planned for tomorrow, says UniversalHUB, who also posted a video of a weary but confident looking English fielding questions from a licensing board official. "Good afternoon: why aren't we open yet?" she asks, not beating around the bush. English shakes his head, smiles, looks to his lawyer, then says "That's a good question." When the lawyer explains the delay, the official asks "Wasn't that already scheduled for a month ago?"
