Boston will gets its first ever taste of The Taco Truck this coming Sunday, April 29. The debut service will be from 10am to 7pm just outside of Harvard Square at Flagg St and Memorial Drive in Cambridge. The company also plans to add a location in Boston proper in the immediate future and has suggested that there might be a brick-and-mortar coming, too. TTT owns a brick-and-mortar in Hoboken and has trucks that serve in both NJ and, soon, NYC, and uses local and/or organic ingredients in dishes like the torta de hongos (mushroom sandwich) and fried avocado taco.
