Tonic opens this Saturday in JP with Clio alum Ryan Kelly taking his first stab at executive chef. A sneak peek at the menu shows parsnip chowder (a nod to Clio's parsnip milk?), mussels in ale, a banh mi salad, penne with Brussels sprouts petals, sweet potato fries with maple gastrique and seared tuna "faux pho."
