Tonight chef Daniel Bojorquez begins to preview the menu at his upcoming restaurant La Brasa. The preview is part of a series at the original Sel de La Terre on State Street, which will soon close. La Brasa is rumored to be coming to Somerville - what isn't these days? - and will be run by Bojorquez, best known for his work at Sel de La Terre in Natick and for starring on the Food Network's Chopped. From the preview, La Brasa seems to meld French and Peruvian cuisine with dishes like goat and tripe stew with wheat berries and French breakfast radishes, Peruvian grilled beef heart anticucho, and chili-rubbed lamb saddle with quinoa and shallot fondue. For dessert: duck egg dulce de leche. The menu is available from tonight until Tuesday, April 17.
