FINANCIAL DISTRICT - Dueling piano bar Howl at the Moon hosts the kick-off event for the Phantom Gourmet's 23rd annual "Hot Dog Safari," a wiener-fest that benefits the Joey Fund and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Chefs Paul Wahlberg, Lydia Shire, Andy Husbands, Jasper White and Tony Ambrose will be preparing high end dogs covered in smoked tomato salsa, Sriracha, brisket "crumbs" and more.
