A new Harvard Square restaurant and bar called Park opens tomorrow, Wednesday, April 11 on JFK Street in what was once Redline. That news comes via Thrillist, who reports that Park has bar space for 30, over 50 beers, and pubby, comfort food-ish dishes like toast topped with a fried quail egg and a daily meat pie. The menu seems reminiscent of the fare at the nearby Russell House Tavern, which like Park is owned by the Grafton Group, as are Grafton Street and Temple Bar (as was Redline). With Park, the restaurateurs continue to strengthen their already formidable presence in Harvard, and this time they've selected Mistral and Woodward alum chef Mark Goldberg to helm the kitchen.
