A Hoboken-based restaurant called The Taco Truck is planning an all-out Boston invasion. The company put up a job posting on Craiglist yesterday and declared that they "will develop multiple locations in the Boston Market quickly." Back in Jersey, The Taco Truck is both a truck and a brick-and-mortar, both of which serve, you guessed it, tacos. The menu includes breakfast tacos as well as a carnitas Michoacan taco, a taco al pastor and catfish tacos. And of course, Mexican Coke. The Craigslist post refers to the company as "a quick casual brand" and the Truck's website says that the store is LEED-certified and serves organic produce and naturally-raised meat. Stay tuned for updates about the opening date and further details about whether we're getting a truck, a restaurant, or both.
