Satiric Comedy Pig: A Restaurant Comes to Town

A pork-obsession spoof called Pig: A Restaurant has been adapted for the Boston food scene and comes to town later this month. The show takes on foraging, bacon madness and trends-on-trends like "pork cheek bitters" and was created by a former editor of Grub Street Boston. After runs in New York and L.A. Pig will now be featured as part of the Women In Comedy Festival at ImprovBoston on March 23. The premise: an opening party for "SoSoSoWa's hottest new eatery" featuring a supplier from "Mattapan’s preeminent household farm" among the cast of characters. Coppa, The Salty Pig - how are you feeling about this?
