MET Restaurant Group Responds to Wage Accusations

The MET Restaurant Group was among over thirty employers named by the US Department of Labor for unfair wage practices, but MET says it's not their fault. The group issued a statement claiming that they were "a victim of an employment staffing company scam from a third party." Owner Kathy Sidell says that the agency "went missing in the fall and had bounced all their checks to employees." She claims that all employees have since been compensated.
