The Herald reports that a MA resident blew a "chart-topping .384 blood alcohol reading" into a breathalyzer after being pulled over. A defense attorney and breathalyzer critic says the number is bogus, the machines are unreliable, and anyone truly at that level would have to be “comatose or deceased.” [BH]
