Jamie Bissonnette Wins Cochon 555 Boston 2012

Last night chef Jamie Bissonnette of Coppa and Toro won the Boston stop of Cochon 555 at the Mandarin Oriental, part of a multi-city event pitting five local chefs equipped with five different heritage breed pigs against each other. Also pictured: Barry Maiden of Hungry Mother and Tim Cushman of O Ya, who competed with Bissonnette along with Steve "Nookie" Postal of Fenway Park and the upcoming show Around the World in 80 Plates and Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux Barbara Lynch of Menton.
