The Chicken & Rice Guys Plans April Launch

According to Facebook, upcoming food truck The Chicken & Rice Guys has entered the dry run phase and plans to start service with a grand opening event on either the first or second weekend of April. On its website the company says it became "instant addicts" after sampling similar fare in NYC and decided that it was up to them to fill Boston's vacant chicken and rice truck niche.

Boston.com previously described the truck's offerings as "Halal-style," and according to Devra First's pick of the upcoming food truck lineup, The Chicken & Rice Guys will be at Trinity Place on Stuart Street in Back Bay for Saturday lunch and dinner, at the Boston Public Library for lunch on Sunday, and in the Cassidy Park parking lot at Cleveland Circle for Sunday dinner.
