On Sunday the pig-fest that is Cochon 555 descends upon Boston, pitting against one another chefs Jamie Bissonette of Coppa and Toro, Tim Cushman of O Ya, Barbara Lynch of Menton, Barry Maiden of Hungry Mother, and Steve "Nookie" Postal of Fenway Park (and a new show on Bravo). Over 1,000 pounds of heritage pork will be the canvas upon which the contest is judged at the Mandarin Oriental, with the winner going on to the finale Grand Cochon event at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen this June.
