Rosa Mexicano Plans to Open Next Month

A job posting for sous chef on Craigslist says that the NYC-born upscale Mexican restaurant chain Rosa Mexicano plans to open on Seaport Blvd in the Seaport district next month. It appears as though the Boston outpost will be the company's 14th, with others in spots such as L.A., Miami, DC and Panama City, Panama. The menu at the closest Rosa Mexicano in NYC includes tableside guac, crab empanadas, lamb shoulder tacos and shrimp brochettes.
