Will Gilson to Turn Bosphorus Space Into bridgestreet

Chef Will Gilson plans to open a new restaurant called bridgestreet in Inman Square, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. Gilson has previously worked at Garden at the Cellar and at The Herb Lyceum in Groton, which his family owns. More recently he's been known for his pop-ups via Eat, a "dining experience" innovator. BRT says that bridgestreet will occupy the space of the former, short-lived Bosphorus in Inman Square and will serve "New American fare."
