Inside the Upcoming Emerald Lounge at The Revere Hotel

Today soon-to-open The Revere Hotel leaked a photo via Facebook of its new restaurant and bar, Emerald Lounge. The Revere will take the place of the Radisson in the Theater District, with a completely different concept and ownership. The Emerald Lounge will be replacing the former hotel's Theatre Cafe, and from what we can tell thus far, the new venue will be a whole lot snazzier. It may be that The Revere is taking a cue from another nearby luxury hotel, the W, which opened its own chic lounge, Descent, last fall. The Emerald Lounge has yet to share an opening date, but an employee from the Radisson tells Eater that the hotel's new incarnation plans to complete all renovations by April 19.
