Grass Fed, the new burger bar by Ten Tables owner Krista Kranyak, says it will open on February 20th. The Jamaica Plain Patch reports that date and shares new details about the restaurant's menu. Yes, there will be alcohol, including the ever popular alcoholic milkshake, but it will only be served with food orders. Which makes one wonder: isn't an alcoholic milkshake a food order and alcohol all wrapped up into one? The space will seat 21 and in addition to burgers Kranyak will serve sandwiches, salads and soup. Burgers will run the gamut from $7 to $10, they'll be smaller than the main plate options at Ten Tables, and meat will be sourced from a farm in VT. Other ingredients will come from the nearby Allandale Farm. Also, we presume the meat will be grass fed. Would be pretty weird if it wasn't.
