The New Uni: More Japanese, More Pig's Feet Broth

UD report that the sashimi bar's new look is "more Japanese" and now features "huge bowls of umami ramen in a pig’s feet broth, with miso, BBQ eel and 10 types of mushrooms." Uni was a restaurant within a restaurant before restaurants within restaurants were really a thing, and now they're capitalizing on ramen desperation, the food nerd cuisine of the moment for which Boston's demand currently outstrips its supply.
