Grass Fed, the new JP burger bar by Ten Tables proprietor Krista Kranyak, has completed renovations to the space that was once Bon Savor. This morning Grass Fed tweeted a link to its Facebook page, which shows a series of photos depicting the new space and its white walls, painted brick, wood floors, metal chairs and counter tops, bar and chalkboard menu. And a light fixture that they're apparently very excited about. The menu includes the classic, a five ounce (uh, grass fed) burger, an American cheese cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger, and and option to double the meat and cheese on any of the above. Special burgers include a vegetarian chickpea burger and a very non-vegetarian burger topped with fried oysters. A grass fed burger with American cheese: the best of both worlds, or a contradiction between ecology and kitsch? Let us know what you think in the comments. The restaurant has yet to share an opening date but was slated to open on 2/1.
