RJ Gourmet Now Open in East Cambridge

RJ Gourmet Coffeehouse is now open at 441 Cambridge St. in East Cambridge. The cafe is the latest addition to Boston's booming coffee scene best characterized by the minimalist brewing technique with maximum effects known as the pour-over. At RJ you can ask for the V-60, named for the ceramic brewing cone through which your joe will flow. RJ also pours a Mexican mocha made with Mexican chocolate and sources its pastries from Sorrelle Bakery and Cafe in Charlestown. RJ had its soft opening on Saturday and today is its first official day in business with full hours.
