Pizza Pie-er May Come to Inman, Has Creepy Ads

Pizza Pie-er, which has locations in Back Bay and Providence, may be coming to Cambridge. Boston Restaurant Talk reports that the pizzeria, which has the creepiest ads ever, could open as soon as March in Inman Square. Pizza Pie-er favors pizzas based on portmanteaus, such as the Meatichoke (meatballs and artichoke) and the Brimp (broccoli and "gourmet" shrimp). But let's get back to those ads. They must be the most macabre advertisements of any pizzeria on the planet, depicting human-taste bud monsters in knit, pink full body suits acting out desperation including but not limited to suicide by hanging. Now who wants some pizza!?
