Breaking: Tim Maslow of Strip-T's Is Expanding

Anyone who's ever wished that the blisteringly hot Watertown restaurant Strip-T's would open another location is about to become very, very happy. Strip T-'s chef and co-owner Tim Maslow, who famously converted his father's neighborhood diner into one of the most creative and popular dining venues around, tells Eater that a new spot is in the works. Details at this point are few, but it will be in Brookline's Washington Square with 70 seats and a tentative opening timeframe of this March. Stay tuned for more details.
