On Tuesday of this week Cambridge newcomer Giulia served its first plate of in-house pasta to the general public, and yet no images of the restaurant, which as of this point has no website or social media presence, have surfaced. Until now. Over on Yelp Megan C. posts the photo seen at right, along with the caption "Giulia, night #1...success!" From that evidence, it appears that the new restaurant is warmly lit, cozy, and has at least four light fixtures. Giulia is co-owned by Pam Ralston and her husband, Via Matta alum chef Michael Pagliarini. Stay tuned for further updates about this highly anticipated newcomer, and share any your own via the tipline.
