Even Better Coffee at Dwelltime; DTX Froyo Alert

DOWNTOWN CROSSING - Finally, someone is doing something about Boston's dreadful dearth of froyo. Concierge Boston reports seeing signage for a new frozen yogurt shop called FroZenYo, bound for Downtown Crossing. This appears to be the D.C-based company by the same name, which also has locations in Maryland and Virginia. Prediction: in ten years, the used self-serve handle market will be flooded. [Twitter]

WATERFRONT - 606 Congress chef and Chefs Collaborative leader Rich Garcia gets a shoutout from Nation's Restaurant News for cooking with "so-called 'trash fish.'" "Eschewing local favorites like cod and haddock, Garcia is introducing his customers to fish such as sea robin, dogfish, butterfish and Acadian redfish." [NRN]

CAMBRIDGE - Attention coffee geeks and reminalizer fiends: dwelltime reports that it has installed new water filters and remineralizer cartridges that "have made a huge difference in cup quality." The coffeeshop/bakery also reports that a new coffee menu is in the works. [Twitter]
