A call placed to the highly anticipated Giulia on Mass Ave in Cambridge confirms that today is the restaurant's opening day. Giulia comes from chef-owner Michael Pagliarini, who previously served as chef of Michael Schlow's Back Bay restaurant Via Matta. Some relevant plot points: Giulia will feature in-house pasta, 70 seats, a chef's table, and craft cocktails. Previously, this space was home to Rafiki Bistro (pictured right). Stay tuned for further updates, and feel free to drop any first impressions via the tipline.
