Prezza Shoots for December 15; Pita Downtown Moves In

CAMBRIDGE - Here's the full video of Momofuku chef David Chang talking at Harvard's Science & Cooking lecture series last week. Regarding mold and microbes, Chang says "I firmly believe it is the future of food in terms of how we perceive flavor, how we cook and, quite frankly, it was how we understood olive oil." FINANCIAL DISTRICT - Pita Downtown appears to be headed for the space recently made vacant by the now-closed Andale on Summer Street. Boston Restaurant Talk hears that signage is already up and says the new place may be connected to South End Pita and Mass. Ave. Pita. [BRT]
