The brand new Harvard Square music venue/restaurant The Sinclair is now open for ticket holders to shows only, but soon one and all will be able to stroll in for dinner. But what will The Sinclair serve? That question is finally answered thanks to the menus included below. The restaurant component of the venue, which is run by New York's The Bowery Presents, features Michael Schlow, chef-ower of Radius, Via Matta, Tico, Happy's Bar + Kitchen and more, as a consulting chef, and chef and former Chopped winner Marcellus Coleman at the helm. And now, some sample menu items. From the small plates: steamed mussels with red curry and lychees. From the entrees: branzino with white beans, bacon and shellfish broth. From the snacks: a jar of chicken liver puree. Red and white wines are available by the glass and bottle, there's beer, and the cocktail menu is divided between contemporary and nostalgic concoctions. Here's the full menus for all of the above.
