Enso's Sushi Conveyor Belt Fires up at 11am

Chinatown newcomer Enso Sushi tells Eater that it will have a grand opening today, Wednesday December 26, at 11am. The Kneeland Street restaurant will be the only in town to serve kaiten sushi, aka conveyor belt sushi, in which dishes stream past diners on a sushi treadmill of sorts. At the end of the meal, the bill is tallied according to the amount and variety of empty plates. According to a photo series on the Enso Facebook page, the restaurant will serve dishes such as pepper tuna, The Green Monster (soft shell crab and seaweed salad in a soy wrapper), and spicy tuna rice crackers.
