The expansion of Watertown supernova Strip-T's - which appears to be called Ribelle and headed for the Tamarind Bay space in Washington Square by March - will feature some items already familiar from the original location, according to this teaser posted by Boston Restaurant Talk. Per BRT, the menu at chef Tim Maslow's new restaurant will include "a raw bar, small plates, pasta dishes, full meals, and sides, with items including oysters, cod tripe, cavatelli with octopus, Long Island duck, roasted hanger steak, rack of St. Louis ribs, whole lobe roasted foie gras, and Tarbais beans."
Update: Tim Maslow has addressed the likelihood of the above menu details via Twitter, where he first wrote "most likely not, sample menu" and later wrote "The menu is fake." [Twitter]
