QUINCY - Developers are trying to convince the city council to double the number of liquor licenses currently available for the upcoming $1.6 billion Quincy Center, which is slated for new restaurants. The Patriot Ledger quotes one developer as saying "We're not talking about bars, we're talking about restaurants."
