The upcoming Fort Point restaurant Tavern Road by brothers Michael and Louis DiBiccari is now in the construction phase according to a recent batch of Facebook photos. One, above, depicts what will eventually be the bar. The venue is named for the former location of the studio of the brothers' uncle, a famous Boston sculptor whose creations can still be seen at Parkman Place on the Common, among other places. Tavern Road will also include a takeout component called TR Street Food, and Louis DiBiccari previously said to expect a January opening.
