Petit Robert Bistro Brighton May Become Ittoku

The Brighton location of the five location-strong Petit Robert restaurant group may become a Japanese restaurant called Ittoku. UniversalHUB reports that the hopeful Ittoku owner is seeking a license transfer "for the right to move from French to Japanese." Per UH, Ittoku would serve sushi, yakitori and - are you sitting down? - ramen. Petit Robert also has locations in the South End, Kenmore Square, downtown and in Needham.
