The Wahlberg brothers - that's celebs Mark and Donnie and chef Paul - are suing the former business manager of their burger restaurant Wahlburgers, says the Globe. A lawsuit filed on October 25 claims the former manager is liable for "improper conduct, gross mismanagement, and breaches of duties" and that he "failed to meet even the most basic duties as business manager." The Globe reports that the manager's actions "have all but stifled" plans for the restaurant's expansion. Earlier Wahlburgers shared its intentions to go national and Mark Wahlberg had also made it sound like the company was headed overseas. With the anchor of a sub-par business manager lifted, will the chain now finally set sail?
