Next up in the roster of featured Cocktail Week drinks is a truly Eater-themed meal-in-a-drink, and this one's spicy, so watch out. Check out Parlor Sports' 'Tailgate in a Glass' Bloody Mary, a concoction of Appalachian Thermonuclear Beef Jerky- infused vodka, a housemade "mud" horseradish sauce, and tomato juice. In case the infusion of heat into the vodka itself isn't hot enough for you, it's also garnished with a generous piece of the jerky (plus a pickle, olive, and lime for good measure). It's a perfect way to heat up a winter brunch.
