At Last, a Look Inside Will Gilson's Puritan & Co.

After months of excruciating anticipation, chef-owner Will Gilson's Inman Square restaurant Puritan & Co. now seems really, really close to opening. Gilson shared the above photo of what appears to be the finished space yesterday via Instagram. Stay tuned for the official opening date and get ready for those in-house oyster crackers, assuming they made the final cut.
