A Brazilian steak house called Head of Bull is set to open next month in Revere, according to a post on Chowhound and an article in the Brazilian times. Helmed by Chef Marcos Carneiro, the restaurant will offer food with Mediterranean, Italian, Portuguese, and American influences, and some less common meats will be available, like crocodile and wild boar. Desserts from pastry chef Thays Carneiro will be a mix of French and Brazilian classics. According to the agenda of a Revere License Commission hearing from nearly a year ago, the 60-seat restaurant hopes to be open from 11 AM to 11:30 PM seven days a week.
