Team Dunkin' or Starbucks; Gluten-Free Bakery Opening

CAMBRIDGE - The Chipotle empire is expanding to the Cambridgeside Galleria, according to a job posting on Craigslist today. The new location of the Mexican-ish chain will open "soon." [CL]

ARLINGTON - A gluten-free bakery is opening up in the former Barismo space in East Arlington, possibly as soon as December 1st, according to the Arlington Patch. Called Something Sweet Without Wheat, it'll be 95% dairy-free as well. [Patch.com]
