The city has narrowed it down to two finalists for a hot piece of land on the Greenway by Haymarket, and whoever wins, there'll be food. There will either be "a seven-story building with a food market" and three restaurants plus a rooftop garden to supply the restaurants, or a seven-story hotel complex with "a food market with Haymarket pushcart vendors and other specialty food retailers."
