Tavern Road Eyes January, Will Include TR Street Food

The upcoming Fort Point restaurant Tavern Road by brothers Michael and Louis DiBiccari plans to open by this January with roughly 110 seats, according to a recent interview from Zagat. What's more, the brothers also say to expect an attached takeout-only venture called TR Street Food. Michael DiBiccari tells Zagat that TR Street Food will be "our own version of street food based on the menu from Tavern Road for that day" that draws inspirations from his travels abroad. "It's strictly grab-and-go, with a rough range between $9-$12" he adds. Tavern Road is headed for the Congress Street space that was formerly Blue Wave.
